Located in Tenleytown (Washington, DC), the Western Union Building was built in the post WWII era.  This building is a fortress that could stand a nuclear attack.  The concrete structure is sitting on the highest landing point in Washington.  Universal Floors was asked to restore the flooring on all levels.
