Universal Floors was called in to fix a repair job that was blocked three times by another so-called wood floor expert.  The manager needed the work done by the next morning as he was to have a party that couldn't be cancelled.  Universal Floors staff repaired the area in the Library Lounge and completed the job by 10am the next day.  The Melrose staff said, "your the best in town."
