Universal Floors, Inc. has installed, refinished, restored, & maintained the wood flooring in the White House since the Truman Administration. 

In the spring of 1982, Universal Floors was contracted by the White House Historical Association to restore the East Room floor.  The East Room is the largest & the most formal of the State reception rooms.
